How Hargo Solution collects, uses, and protects your information — written in plain English, because policies you can’t read aren’t really policies.
Last updated: June 2026
Hargo Solution is operated by Hargo Solution FZ-LLC (UAE) and Hargo Media Inc. (USA), who act as the data controllers for the information described here. We collect the minimum we need to reply to you, run the advertising and websites you hire us for, and keep our own site working. We don’t sell your data. You can ask us to show you what we hold or delete it at any time. The longer version below spells out exactly how.
We collect three kinds of information:
We use what we collect to:
We will only send you marketing messages if you ask us to or are an existing client, and you can opt out at any time.
Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on these legal bases: your consent (e.g. when you submit a form), performance of a contract (delivering services you bought), legitimate interests (running and securing our business and website in ways you would reasonably expect), and legal obligation (keeping records the law requires).
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
Each of these platforms has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle data on their side.
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return. Client records are kept for the life of the engagement plus the period our tax and accounting obligations require. Lead records stored in our system can be deleted on request. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these, just email us. We’ll respond within the timeframe the law requires, and we won’t charge you for reasonable requests.
Our site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies: ones that are strictly necessary for the site to function, and analytics cookies that help us count visits and see which pages help people. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features may be less smooth. Where required, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and storing form submissions in a database that is not publicly reachable. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond quickly if something goes wrong.
We operate internationally and work with providers in different countries, so your information may be processed outside your home country. Where it is, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy and applicable law.
Our services and website are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. When we do, we’ll revise the "last updated" date at the top, and for significant changes we’ll make it more prominent. Continuing to use our site or services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
